German Free Software Licence
It is aimed to license software developed within the DIPP initiative under the German Free Software Licence.
d-fsl is a GPL compatible open source licence tauilored to German and European law and is thus distinct from other free software licences. d-fsl is available in german and English, binding in both versions and suitable for international use.
d-fsl was developed by Axel Metzger and Till Jaeger from the Institut für Rechtsfragen der Freien und Open Source Software for the Ministry of Science and Research North-Rhine Westphalia.
d-fsl is available for unchanged use by everybody interested in free access licensing of her or his software.
