JIPITEC is a new Online-Journal for current issues of intellectual property, information technology and E-commerce law. The main focus of JIPITEC is on European law - both on the EU-level and on the member states-level. Most articles are in English language, but the journal is also open for articles in other European languages, especially German and French.
